In the e book 50 shades of kale I do you use the kale to make the grilled cheese sandwich

No but that’s a marvelous idea! For the second edition perhaps?

So looking forward to trying the Kale chips (again). I made them once …. seemed simple enough; but, they turned out really gross! Hopefully, it’ll be real obvious what I did wrong!

OOPS …. PLEASE LET ME CLARIFY: The first kale chips were NOT from your recipe!!! Hopefully, yours will teach me what someone else’s must’ve forgotten! 😉

I want this book. Yes, the real BOOK. To hold in my hands and to flip through. How do I order the real, physical book, please? Amazon? Anyone?

Hey Sue- it will be out in March!

I have the kindle edition. I haven’t read the beginning because I just wanted to try the recipes, and it was free so I had nothing to lose. I made the cream of kale soup (added a couple of portabellas) and it was so good, I was asked to make it for Christmas dinner. Crazy good, really. But I really do not like kindle cookbooks. I don’t want my kindle in an active kitchen, and it is hard to navigate and write in the margins… I want paper. When do you think there will be a paper version?

      Hey Rebecca,

The hardback copy will be available in March, stay tuned 🙂

Twenty years ago my son bought a baby iguana, who lived with us for 12 years, growing to a total length of six feet.
When ‘Hawkeye’ was half grown he had a near-death experience, losing his coordination & his appetite. We learned that he had a calcium deficiency–kale was recommended & his recovery was dramatic. At the time, our local grocery store did not sell kale &, when I was able to find it elsewhere other shoppers would ask what it was & why I was buying it! [This was 10-15 years ago]
We are able to grow kale & it is now an important part of our diet, even though our iguana has died of old age…
